02 What this site is
This site describes what we do and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a guarantee of availability or a commitment to supply. Coverage figures, response times and service descriptions are indicative and may change.
A binding arrangement exists only once we have issued a written quotation or agreement and it has been accepted in writing by both sides.
03 How you may use it
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business purposes, provided you do not remove any notice of ownership. Beyond that, you agree not to:

AERA, the AERA wordmark and our visual identity are our trade marks. Using this site does not grant you any right to use them. Any other marks that appear here belong to their owners, and nothing here grants a right to use those either.
Press releases and other material we publish as public may be quoted in your own communications, provided the source is stated.

Where we link to a site we do not run, the link is there for convenience only. We have no control over those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or how they handle your data. Read their own terms and privacy notices before using them.
06 What you send us
When you send us an enquiry, a question or a suggestion through this site, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it is not unlawful, does not infringe anyone's rights and contains no malware.
We treat commercial enquiries as confidential and handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy. 09 Services are a separate contract
These terms cover the website only. Accommodation, transfers and disruption support are supplied under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, rates, cancellation, liability and the terms on which we handle crew data. Where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement prevails.
10 Law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
11 Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Changes take effect when they are posted, so please check the page from time to time.
